Property was nicely designed, we thoroughly enjoyed this place.
The location turned out to be exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, really close to Crete, trendy bars and restaurants and the main tourist area. It also was on the harbour.

Modern & spotless room with the balcony, lovely terrace, as example. Very amiable and extremely friendly staff with knowledge of the place. Free parking nearby provided. Lovely and wonderful location steps away from a historic house museum. Great holiday in this pretty quiet area.

The value for money at The Tanneries was exceptional, considering the stunning room with a beautiful sea view. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town, and the staff treated us with the utmost respect and hospitality.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with more vegetarian options.

the location was amazing and lovely, just a pleasant stroll away from koum kapi beach. it was about 15 km from the airport. the staff were excellent, best and helped me with free parking.

Nicely designed and cool hotel, I loved it. Exceptionally comfortable bed, room was spotless and well-designed, with a sofa bed, central heating and an electronic key card. The place had a family atmosphere. The location was wonderful - close enough to restaurants and bars. The restaurant was good, I ordered amazing dishes.

The rooms are spacious, elegant, and cozy, with amazing amenities like a steam shower and a comfortable bed. The waterfront views are breathtaking. Clean, modern rooms with beautiful views. Amazing staff, especially Sylvia, who was helpful and friendly. Delicious psarotaverna nearby. Lovely location close to amenities and restaurants, yet quiet at night. Excellent breakfast with fresh variety.

Stayed for Christmas and had a wonderful time. The design of the hotel was impressive and the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great ocean view. Staff was friendly and attentive and even offered a few restaurant options within walking distance. Loved the indoor pool and marble throughout the hotel. Breakfast had a good variety including fresh local jams and fruit options.
Although the hotel was close to the city center, it was about a 20-30 minute walk which is quite far. However, the hotel offered a taxi service for only €5.
